Appearance: Vata individuals typically have a slight build with sharp features, often accompanied by expressive hand movements and a tendency for their head to be in motion. Pitta individuals are often of medium build, with sun-sensitive skin and a complexion that may display hints of yellow or red. Their hair color is commonly blond or ginger. Kapha individuals tend to have a larger frame, dark complexion, and exude a cool and composed demeanor.

Emotional Expression: Vata individuals may experience erratic emotions, often manifesting as fear, worry, or anxiety. Pitta individuals can be prone to anger, frustration, and a combative nature. Kapha individuals tend to form deep attachments and may exhibit jealousy, while maintaining a seemingly calm and composed exterior.

Preferred Exercises: Vata individuals are drawn to high-intensity exercises such as dance, movement, and singing. Pitta individuals often gravitate towards competitive sports, driven by a desire to excel and win. Kapha individuals find solace in slower-paced activities such as walking, swimming, or weightlifting.
